You are expecting a baby! Congratulations!
You are all woman now and it is a wonderful to feel how a baby is growing inside of you. At the same time you are going through so many major changes, physically, spiritually and emotionally that things are getting the better of you. Pregnancy yoga helps you to enjoy this special time to the fullest.
You don’t need any experience to start with pregnancy yoga. The only condition to join the course is having a new life growing inside of you. Pregnancy yoga is for all childbearing women, no matter what type of belly.
You are welcome to pregnancy yoga starting from the fourteenth week.
Why pregnancy yoga?
Pregnancy yoga helps you to be happy and healthy during your pregnancy. It puts you in touch with yourself and your body, it relieves tension. This way your body and mind are prepared for the delivery. What’s more is that doing yoga during your pregnancy keeps your body healthy strong and lean. All of this is beneficial to yourself as well as your unborn baby.
The lesson
Each lesson takes one hour. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat and a blanket. You don’t need to be a skilled yogi to start pregnancy yoga. As a matter of fact many women who start with pregnancy yoga continue doing it after their baby is born.
Weekly starting on the 3rd of October, from 19.30 till 20.30
Card for 10 sessions (3month validity) 11€ per lesson.
