The weekly hour of yoga for mother and baby is especially for ‘young’ mothers who quickly want their body back to the way it was before the pregnancy. No need for a babysit, just bring your baby along to the lesson. While you are stretching and working out, your baby is near you and if necessary you can take the time to nurture your baby. The exercises balance out your body and mind and the relax your baby.

Who?

You can join 4 weeks after birth but after a caesarean it is better to wait 10 weeks. You can continue baby yoga until your baby starts crawling.
